Paternity leave dinners...

With Chef Hunter being home last week on paternity leave he had some time to make a couple of great meals for us!

Gumbo - he pretty much followed Paula Deens recipe.



And Blackened Salmon with corn salsa alongside a spinach strawberry salad with poppy seed dressing.







Some good healthy meals for some good healthy milk for HL5 :)
