Last Nights Dinner

The birthday boy took it easy on me last night and requested taco salad! okay, he took it really easy on me and even helped cook it :) The key to The Lunsford taco salad is Cool Ranch doritos!! NOTHING can take their place :)



And as promised Here's how our St. Patty's Day dinner turned out. When we got home Hunter took the meat and veggies out of the crockpot and broiled them for a bit to give them a little crispiness. He also chopped and cooked the cabbage and sliced the brisket. Best Irish meal yet!
